We have enjoyed our World Champion Paint Horse hobby for many successful years and are excited to now be branching out into the Quarter Horse arena as well. We have been inspired to do so by friends and acquaintances such as Sandy Ellis of Ellis Quarter Horses, Carri Jones of Carri Jones Halter Horses and Joanna Stricklin of Stricklin Quarter Horses. |

We live in the beautifully rugged Northwestern United States. Specifically, Lewiston, Idaho, where we enjoy our horses, camping, fishing,
hiking, snow skiing, snowmobiling, our vast collection of pets and last, but, most definitely not least, we cherish the moments we spend with our family! We are blessed to be able to raise our girls in this wonderful country!
We're often asked "Why the name Woodstock?" The story goes like this...late one quiet evening, many years ago, at Tina's parents' place (before Rick and Tina were married) a newborn filly snuggled into the fresh straw as Rick, Tina and Tina's parents silently admired her. Tina's father softly broke the silence with "You know, you ought to name your horse hobby Woodstock, because, your last name is going to be Woods and horses are stock". "Woodstock Paint & Quarter Horses" was born that night.  |
